wagamama

spinach and soba noodles

Genuine recipe

   

Ingredients; 

 
100g soba noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves, peeled and mashed
3cm piece of ginger root, peeled and grated
250g baby spinach, washed
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
juice of 1 lime
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, briefly toasted in a hot, dry frying pan
1 chilli, deseeded and finely chopped

Cooking Methods

cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet, drain and refresh under cold water

heat the oil in a hot wok and stir fry the garlic, ginger and spinach for 2 minutes. add the noodles, toss once, remove from the heat and stir in the oyster sauce and sesame oil

squeeze over the lime juice and serve with the sesame seeds and chilli scattered over the top

Serves 2
