1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup fresh chopped garlic
1 teaspoon each, salt and sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 28 oz can pureed tomatoes
Cooking Methods
Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until onions
are translucent. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15
minutes.
