Tandoori Powder

Ingredients; 

5 Tablespoons Ground Coriander

7 Tablespoons Ground Cuming 

2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika

2 Tablespoons Turmeric 

1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder

2 Teaspoon Ginger Powder

4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 

1 Tablespoon Garam Masala

Cooking Methods

Mix all the spices together and keep in an airtight jar. 

For red Tandoori Powder add 1 teaspoon red colouring powder and remove 1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder.
