Ingredients; 

  

1 Small Onion finely chopped

4 Tomatoes, De-seeded and finely chopped

3 inches Cucumber, peeled, de-seeded and finely chopped

Handful Coriander Leaves finely chopped

Cooking Methods
Mix all the Vegetables and Coriander Leaves together well and serve with Papadom, and Mint Sauce or as a crunchy topping for Curry.
