Basmati Rice MUST be used with this recipe
Put some Water in a large pan.
Add the Stock Cube and Cardamom Pods to the
Water.
Add the Turmeric Powder, bring to the boil and then add the Basmati Rice.
Cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally and then drain.
Add the Cardamom pods to the Rice and discard the Husks.
Stir fry the Mushrooms in a little Vegetable Oil.
Finally, stir in the Rice and Peas and serve. |
