Peel and slice the Mushrooms. Fry the Onion
in the Vegetable Oil until translucent. Add the Garam
Masala, Cuming powder, sliced Garlic and grated Ginger and stir fry for 2
minutes. Add the Mushrooms, Curry
Massalla Gravy and Chilli and stir fry on a medium heat
for 7 minutes stirring regularly. Add the Tomatoes
and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve with a bit of Pepper
sprinkled over and then add the Coriander Leaves. |
