Mushroom Jalfrezi
(Medium)
Ingredients;
4 Large flat Mushrooms
Half an Onion finely chopped
2 tablespoons of Curry Massalla Gravy
1 Tomato quartered
12 Cayenne Chilli deseeded and sliced in half length ways.
4 Cloves sliced Garlic
2 inches root Ginger grated
Vegetable Oil
5 tablespoons roughly chopped Coriander Leaves
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Cuming powder
Pepper
Cooking Methods
Peel and slice the Mushrooms.
Fry the Onion in the Vegetable Oil until translucent.
Add the Garam Masala, Cuming powder, sliced Garlic and grated Ginger and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add the Mushrooms, Curry Massalla Gravy and Chilli and stir fry on a medium heat for 7 minutes stirring regularly.
Add the Tomatoes and simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve with a bit of Pepper sprinkled over and then add the Coriander Leaves.
