Basmati Rice MUST be used with this recipe
Put some Water in a large pan and bring to the boil .
Add the Basmati Rice, Bay Leaves, Turmeric Powder, and Cardamom Pods to the
Water and cook for 10 minutes.
Now drain and remove the Bay leaves and leave to cool for 30 minutes.
Heat the Oil and fry the Onion and Chilli until the Onion is
translucent.
Stir in the Rice and grated Coconut, the Juice from the Lemon and the
Lime, and stir fry until piping hot.
Serve.
