Before cooking the Tandoori king Prawns, Fry the Onion in
plenty of Vegetable Oil very slowly until golden. (This should take about
an hour) stir occasionally. Time the king Prawns to
be ready when the Onions are golden. Heat a metal serving
skillet in the oven. Put the serving skillet back into its wooden holder
and arrange the Onions on the serving skillet, and then the prawns on top
of the Onions. Pour over the lemon juice for the sizzle and
serve. Be careful when handling the metal serving
skillet as it will be very hot. |
