Peel the King Prawn leaving the tails on and remove the black vein from alone
its back. Using a sharp knife, cut alone the length on the
Prawn almost but not quite through. Flatten the two sides
of the Prawn out into a butterfly shape. Dip first in the
Egg and then the Breadcrumbs and pan fry for two minutes on each side or
until they are golden. Serve
with a wedge of Lemon. |
