Ingredients; 

 

5 Tablespoons Ground Coriander

7 Tablespoons Ground Cuming 

1 Tablespoon Paprika

1 Tablespoon Turmeric

1 finely chopped fresh chilli

1 inch Root Ginger grated

1 bulb fresh Garlic

1 cup Vegetable Oil 

Cooking Methods

Fry Ginger, Garlic and Chilli in medium-hot oil for 2 minutes. 

Add the rest of the spices and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.

Place in an airtight jar and keep refrigerated.
