Make a paste of the Curry
Powder and Chilli Powder with a little
Water.
Put 1 Cup of Curry Massalla Gravy into a pan.
Chop the Pepper into 1 inch square pieces.
Add the Pepper and stir on a medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add the Curry and Chilli powder paste and stir in for 1
minute.
Add the Chicken pieces and seal well on all sides.
Add the Tomato Puree and Water and cook on a high heat for
15 minutes to reduce the sauce stirring constantly.
Reduce the heat and add the Tomatoes and stir in and then
cover the pan.
Cook for three minutes without stirring.
Add the whole Coriander Leaves, stir half heartedly and
serve. |
